Phil brings 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in operations and focusing on client-centered care. His expertise lies in enhancing the client's experience and constantly improving the quality of service. Additionally, Phil is the owner of a boutique real estate company, where he focuses on catering to the individual needs of his clients, including pet owners who require special considerations when buying or selling homes. Phil can often be found at the salon, sharing a coffee with our team, loving on pets and chatting up with owners during drop-off and pick-up. His dedication to customer service and passion for creating a positive experience are unparalleled.
