As they work on a 100% commission basis, a no-show or last-minute cancellation means they lose out on their wages for that hour or two. To ensure fairness and honor their time, we have implemented a policy regarding no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the service you had booked. We will charge the card on file or apply any deposit towards the missed appointment. We understand that emergencies can arise, so if something urgent comes up, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you and find a suitable solution.
Our intention with this policy is not to penalize our valued clients but to uphold the integrity of our groomers' time and effort. We strive to maintain a fair and balanced environment for both our clients and our staff.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. Depending on the available time, we may be able to provide services such as a bath, nail trimming, or a tidy trim. We will make the most of the time you have given us to ensure your pet receives the best possible care.
